Cell phone contract cancellation
Cell C westwood has the worst customer service ever... The manager is rude, and arrogant.. I need someone to call me asap regarding this.. After been a customer of cell c for many years i have never received or witnessed such appalling behaviour from a manager.. He needs to go fot customer servive training and many other things.. I am one Disgusted and disappointed customer and will never recommend cell c Westwood to anyone ever. I will soon name and shame him...

27 Dec 2019, 13:10I await your call.. Been calling cell c since yesterday and not one person can help me.. I am always been transferred from one department to the next.. Is there anyone that works for cell c that can help.. Its always not this department ill transfer you to the next and then get told the sane thing.. Really!!!! Highly angry and frustrated
