Cell phone contract cancelation
Ihad three cellphone contract with cell c due to convid 19, I had difficulties paying them I spoke to one of their agent to cancel the contracts and she gave me the settlement amount, wich i went to pay at nedbank wich was 2900. to my surprise no contract was canceled and they still deducting my money from my bank account i phone again and i got different story saying I can't settle all of them they can only settle one but I ask for refund wich i deposited still today i haven't got my money, every time i phone these agents they give me different references of launched cases

04 Jun 2021, 19:47Today the agent that was helping me was Mbali somakhwabe, she told me I must email proof of payment to her direct email and she will send me the call referent number so that i wont start afresh when I call, when i call her on her number she dropped the call on my ear it seems no one wants to help me at cell c poor service bt fosure i wont live stone unturned
