Cell phone contract

I bought a contract from Cell C, Huawei Mate 7 in October 2015. The price I was charged on the installment is R429.00 while the actual price is R399 for the same package. I complained but they said I must leave the phone behind and I did not, I instead called costumer care who advised me to go back to the branch and they will assist me as I had prove on the pamphlet. They only took my cell numbers and promised to call me back. It has been about 5 days now and I have not received a call from anyone.<br> What kind of service are you guys offering, I deserve value for my money.
