Cell Phone contract
Called Cell C to cancel my contract and they hang up my phone - apparently my details don't match their system. I really feel like they don't want me to cancel my contract that is the reason why they are so unprofessional. I had the same problem with Telkom which is a nightmare to cancel contract with all them. Can someone assist me on how to deal with them.
