cell phone contract

<p>Good day My name is Margaret i had two years contract with cell c that ended in october than when i called they said they can't close my account cause i have an outstanding on my account for R305 that i must pay first then paid it.then i called in few days to close my account again i was told that i must still pay R67 that i also paid & called cell c again to cancell the contract then i was told that they will cancel it but they have this special for customer who finished they account for a new special for contract for R29 to recvd data every month which i sign up for,last week i recvd the sms that my account is in arrears i must pay R150 again after i paid them twice already to closed that very some account. i spoke to the Thabo one of the manager at cell c he promised me that he will looked at this matter but today my cell pone is suspended that i owe them & i dont owe cell c any money</p>
