CELL PHONE CONTRACT

i have 2 contract wth cell c and they stopped sending statements bt i knew the one was going to expire.. <br> i have been calling 084140 for over 2 weeks and was not able to get through kepts saying high volume calls.<br> now agent advise me my last debit order will be april and not march. it ends now in march. it was out of my control that their customer service number was not working. and also they stopped sending statements so i was not aware exactly when it ends. i am very angry as it was not my fault yet cell c due the number that was not working
