The lady called me knows nothing and she can even answer a simple question on why called. She just called to frustrate me more

That's my problem yesterday when one of your staff called me he told me there is no such for validation after the debit check approved today the lady called and advise me that I still have to wait for validation. If the calls are recorded can you please listen to the response I get from your staff. I'm receiving wrong infor and u expecting me to understand. Can you please give me a reason not to cancel this contract.

Wow now is possible no stock which means u can sell a product which u don't have.

I'm going through a lot now here with Cell c I'm sure this is why cell c is not growing fast as you don't take your customer serious and in prove your service delivery. You really have to improve your service 36 months contact with a service provider like this hai ngeke

Validation, capture the contract all this in a week then 3 to 5 days for a delivery two weeks gone

My sister app**** a contract with MTN last week Friday on Tuesday she got her delivery

I think I should take my 36 months to MTN now or else you tell me that before close of business today I will get my tracking details for my order

If there is nothing you can do please tell me to move to MTN
