Cell Phone Bill

<p>As per the previous conversation with no care from cell c they don't bother to even contact me back. i received a statement after i have paid off my bill with them. i spoke to a certain Elsie Malehlohonolo Sebola and i stated to her on the email that the phone does not even ring and i still get a message that i got a missed call. on two occasions she still does not care to even call back and explain. i need to know what is happening. the bill that was sent to me, what is it about and why am i still getting bills as i do not have a contract anymore. </p>
