All of a sudden since 13/10/2016, my prepaid sim displayed "no service". I went into the CellC branch at Sandton City and was told that I needed to do a sim swap as my sim card needed replacing. The staff member went to a terminal to check my number, came back and told me that my cell number was de-registered and could not be found on the system; therefore the sim swap could not be done. Why CellC de-registered my number for no reason, I don't know. Now waiting for CellC to contact me and re-instate my number!

Best regards,
Maropeng was still unable to re-instate/re-activate my cell nr which is still de-registered off the CellC network displaying "No Service"!
I am disappointed that CellC still can't resolve this problem.
How difficult can this be?
