Bull**** baffles brains.

I log an incident [Incident: 181 ********** 42] and I get an email as follows:

Thank you for contacting Cell C. We have received your email and one of our consultants will contact you within 24-48 hours.

24-48 hours - SERIOUSLY - it's now 6 days later (144 hours) and these *****S have still not contacted me!!

That's service delivery for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
