Cell not refunding me my money
Cell c consultant not logging in my case to submit a refund that i have now been call for the month , The consultant (Musa Maswi ) did not want to put me through to her manager and was very rude . she was really arrogant and and unhelpful, Im glad im done with this network

11 Aug 2021, 10:32I cannot believe after 2 months with this problem of me countlessly calling in and trying to resolve this , and believing cell C i am still fighting for my refund . They acknowledge they need to refund me however every week its not processed. what is going on here?
