Cell not paying up

So this is my second time posting on Hellopeter. Cell C contacted me, within a week of posting my first complaint & gave me a quote of 514+220 of what they owe me. I got the 220, but not the 514. I've been contacting the Cell C representative about this for the past week, but no response. So again, I must complain to get he 514 back :(
