In a South Africa where you have all these competitors hungry for a piece of market share, how can you still give the poorest service. It just does not ad up. People are porting left and right. I called today around 2-3pm to request a sim swap as my daughter has a new phone which does not support the current sim , then I get stupid questions about last recharge and calls my 9 year old daughter made. Anyway I got a Telkom nano sim and did a port. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time and energy. Many success in the future I hope, idiots. All my peers will jump to either Vodacom, MTN or Cell C. I know sim swaps on MTN are by far the easiest. All the best Chris The only reason you got one star is because I was unable to give negative stars and trust me I tried, BYE BYE.
