Cell new Contract Exsting no

To Whom it may concern,<br> <br> Two weeks a go I received a call form Cell C offering a contract,<br> The deal was the mobile Cell Scarlet, 100 voice data and 500 data,<br> Sounded great I took up the contract and advised that I am an existing Cell C client and that my existing number should remain , however send me the data sim and the micro sim with my existing cell c number. <br> I have received my cell phone and sim cards last week Tuesday,<br> I call to activate it which takes a whole day. when I switched on I have found a different number, I called Cell C and was passed around, Called the next day and got a case no *** I was told that this will be resolve in 2 working days and have not received feedback yet to date. I cant have a new number after being a cell c customer 14 years.
