Cell never send data to the credit bureaus.

So, I was Unemployed in March and April, although I missed March installment, but I was able to pay in April a 2 months instalment which according to cell c, was R54 short. At the end of May, I then paid the full installment plus a R54, bringing my account up to date but when you check my credit status with all credit bureaus, it shows that my account is in arrears. I must say this was the first time my I missed payment since I took the contract in 2018, now that I happened to have missed an instalment, they no longer update.
