Cell must update that I paid up my account and clear my name

I have long paid up my cell c account Only got my paid up letter after 5 months later after complaining on hellopeter. My credit profile it says missed 5 payments while my credit score drops every months. I am not happy about this and I want cell c to update my credit profile and clear my name now
