Cell moving to vodacom issues

I phone cell c several times regarding my data sim card not working. They told they are moving to vodacom and my number is part of that **** i was not experiencing any network issues they provided steps to follow in order to use my sim card. But nothing happened no one has attended to me i can't even work because stupid **** they've made
