Cell Mobile provide for contract does not work properly

<p>To Whom it may concern,</p> <p>Sometime almost 1 and half year ago, Cell called me up a gave me a contract.</p> <p>The contract consisted of a data sim card and my normal sim card one voice contract<br />The mobile device provided was a mobi cell,<br />I have experienced problems with the phone and took it to cell c,<br />I eventually booked the phone in for repairs last year November/December<br />I received the phone back which still does not function 100%<br />In the meantime i have bought another 2nd hand phone.<br />My issue is i have this mobi cell which cant be used in terms of i cant see who calls me, which mean i cant return calls,<br />My point is that i have a contract with cell c with a device that doesn't have a basic functionality of seeing who calls you. the technicians at cell c tried the call setting no luck,<br />It is been two weeks passed i haven't heard from cell with regards to picking the phone up for repairs again,<br />I feel that i have a contract but have not utilized the phone for the of life the contract, thus is a huge inconvenience, paying for something i cant use, or even haven't use the phone properly. <br />My Data is also getting wasted I haven't used it from last year,<br />This is now a great inconvenience, reference number ********** 177</p> <p>I await urgent action</p> <p>Thanks & Regards<br />Alven</p> <p> </p>
