CELL KAAAAAAAAAK SERVICE!!!

Cell C is taking me for an IDIOT!!! Ive never felt like a foreigner in my democratic country but thanks to Cell C I do, I feel so isolated and illtreated and foolish at the same time by worse the line managers WOW I salute you guys for a KAAK treatment you guys have granted me. The saddest part of things is that ive been with you guys from day one of contract in my life yet you trerating me like trash IM VERY MUCH ANGRY WITH CELL C because I app**** for an upgrade with you guys everything was in order I was told I'll receive my laptop on the 17th of June when I called in I was told itl take long because of lockdown I then asked if I can go collect it at the store I was told its possible that was information given to me by an agent called Tshepiso as happy as I was when he told me that I can collect at the store I ddnt waste no time I contacted the westgate branch Roodepoort they told me its available I can come get it and its the last one they will keep it for me till I come get it that was a lady called Doris speaking.She later called me and instructed me to cancel the request I did online so that he can give me the laptop because he cant give me as ill receive 2 laptops I called in the 1st agent that assisted me told me she has reversed it I called doris to inform her she said she just checked on the system and its not done by then I was on my way to the store already i called customer care asked to speak to the line manager i was through to a guy called Nako Ntjatje i explained the matter to him he promised hell do the reversal himself on his system and he'll call me back as soon as its done I was a shame as i waited at the stiore waiting for his call ofwhich he never called me to date :( Ithen called again asked an agent to pass me to a team leader i got through a guy named Sifiso Dlamini i explained every detail to him he told me he'll ask the Nako guy and get back to me and yes he did got back to me,howerver told me he'll also try to spead up the process and hell contact me at 2pm and never did to I left the store empty handed and disappointed, note that i wanted to use the laptop for work purposes as i had been having loadshedding and its impacting my work negatively my managers have asked me to return back to work during this pandemic time and i had asked them to give me time to arrange for a laptop so that i don't have to work from the office the kids are at home and ive got no baby sitter,I then left the store and went to the office empty handed told my managers ill bring the laptop as im still awaiting reversal so i may collect at a store,Following day I called in at CellC asked to speak to the line manager coincidentally I got through Sifiso Dlaminis agent the agent placed me on hold cameback said the manager is in a meeting i told the agent i don't mind holding until they return,I was placed on hold for an hour and couple of minutes the agent named Michael Makhubela came back and said Sifiso is about to call me directly from his station he asked me to drop when i see an incoming call I then dropped coz he was calling i asked why he never got back to me yesterday he told me he went to a meeting right after talking to me lol I then asked whats the feedback he said it still haven't been done and hes still waiting,SO DISSAPOINTEDLY i said okay he told me hell keep on checking and get back to me of which he kept on calling me stating its not done, then on Friday the 19th of June I was called by a guy called Tshepo the one who had advised me to go to the store he told me that he had been off he received emails stating i wanted to reverse and hell do it now i was so excited as he had toid me its a matter of clicking the button as the lady at the store had told me i was very happy that finally im getting my laptop shortly after i dropped the line Sifiso called me and asked if id received a call stating its reversed i said YES very excited shortly after that another call came from Tshepiso he told me it cant go through as its about to be deliverd i said okay out of disappointment. I had lost hope then on Tuesday i was called and told its done I said okay ill make an arrangement and go to the store,yesterday i went to the branch Westgate Cell C store when i got there i signed everything they even brought the laptop out of the storage the lady said shes awaiting feedback she know they will approve coz its just an upgrade she told me that the person who reversed this is silly becausec they even reversed the scores just to make me struggle getting the laptop when feedback came she said i cant take the laptop as the score had gone down I was very furious because nobody told me about the scores going down I was misled been taken from pillar to post for nothing Ive been made a fool YOUR SERVICE CELLC IS NOTHING BUT SOMETHING TO **** PEOPLES IMOTIONS TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
