CELL IS USELESS

got a new contract and I'm struggling to activate it for almost a month. Useless customer service centre keeps transferring me from one section to another with multiple security questions and still can't help. My SIM card is not activated, they have recommended I go to the shops that don't exist anymore, and keep frustrating me. USELESS SYSTEMS for a company that has shut down physical shops inn most places. Even after placing a complaint here on hellopeter, it said they have responded but still a hoax.
