CELL IS TREATING PEOPLE LIKE DOGS.

Cell C only give a damn when they lure you to be with them. Once you join them they treat you like ****. They really don't care about their customers. I made payment and mistakenly did not put reference number, they allocated it to wrong account and when requesting for that to be sorted they took three weeks with no response while their collection department is failing to even check that what's going, all they do is to shout at me as if I didn't the payment at all. Their collection consultants are treating people like dogs and there is something unclear they shout and yell at you...IMAGINE BEING SHOUTED AT ON SOMETHING YOU HAVE PAID AND TRIED TO RESOLVE.
