Cell is the worst cellular network ever! Service is useless and you never have signal!!

Been trying to resume my network since last week Wednesday the 15th As my account was in debit for R8 which was paid the 13th. I received a sms saying my account will resume within 2-5h. That was on the 15th. We are on the 22nd and still account suspended. They keep emailing me saying I must contact them to verify myself. BUT ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED I CANT CALL THEM!!
