Cell is still useless

On 17 December I cancelled my contract with Cell C by phoning them and requesting a settlement amount. This amount was R2708.14 and I paid it on the same day. I then subsequently phoned them two days later and completed the cancellation on the phone. I then ported my number to MTN. I went in to Cell C that same month to find out if they could tell me what the final debit order would be. They could not tell me but later I received a statement that it was R1600, which was debited from my account at the end of January. The payment went through. I have now been handed over to attorneys because my account is apparently in arrears. Not one piece of correspondence was sent per email with any additional amounts. Cell C has handed me over because they are *********** and unable to manage their accounts. This is the third time I have complained and I have also phoned them and sent them proof of payment.
