Cell is *****ing my money and waisting my time!

After 3 MONTH they still have NOT cancelled my contract ? after NUMEROUS calls and after a lot of promises that it has been cancelled... Can not port my number to other network because cell C is PATHETIC!! Will have to wait AGAIN until the end of the month before it will be done and AGAIN they will take my money... This is *******,! ??

Palesa confirmed that she has contacted you and provided feedback. She advised that the contract has been cancelled ,the number is now on prepaid and you can port out.
