Cell is robbing us
NY contract expired on 25 May 2022.
I informed CELL C as early as 04 May 2022 of my intention not renew the contract in its entirety and I was informed that a 20 day waiting period will be applicable.
To my surprise today I woke up to debit message from my bank informing that CELL has debited an amount of R464.
I called Cell C and none of their consultants could not afford me a logical explanation as to why am I paying for a contract that ended on the 25th of May 2022 and have given prior notice of intention of non renewal.
Please help me

31 May 2022, 14:40Referring to the subscriber agreement terms and conditions you are required to provide a 30 days cancellation notice to have your contract cancelled. Should you not do so your contract continues on a month to months basis.

Your terms and conditions only become known to the client once there is a dispute, you didn't disclose this.
I no longer have the energy to fight you, keep the money. I will certainly not recommend anyone to you
