Cell is Pathetic
Last year I settled my contract with Cell C and I was promised a confirmation letter which up to this day I haven't received it. Six. Months later Cell C start debit ting my account for my paid up contract I tried contacting the customer service but it is pathetic the keep telling me they can't help because I failed the security check. I would not recommend Cell C to anyone!

28 Mar 2022, 11:08It was settled on the 22 July 2021 A latter of settlement was supposed to be Sent right after but nothing. JANUARY 2022 Cell C started taking money its affecting my credit score
