Cell is not HONEST

I have app**** the insurance and it was successfully approved but when they have to deliver it to the branch they will tell me "Phone you have ordered is out of stock". They tell me on the 8th day. They are just so cruel and heartless. There is a consultant called Emily at Midrand Cell C Boulders branch. What a rude a consultant she is, She will tell that you are lying , You never phoned the Insurance and Thats hurt. There is so much terrible I can say about CEll C.
