CELL IS IS GARBAGE, TOTAL TRASH

Cell C is really horrible. I had a contract with them that expired in August 2021, I forgot to tell them to stop giving me data after the expiry, got notified that I am owing. I paid what I owed and requested them to terminate the contract, a month later I'm told that I was again given data and I owe. I remain calm and refer them to the recording where I asked them to terminate the contract, they agree its their fault, I still pay them again to avoid unnecessary drama and told them to terminate the contract, the call was in October 2021, my contract was only terminated in December 2021, now I receive a call from their legal department and they say I still owe Cell C and they are about to hand me over to debt collectors. CELL C IS GARBAGE, THEY ARE SINKING FINANCIALLY AND NOW THEY LOOKING FOR ********** MEANS TO STAY AFLOAT, I WILL NOT PAY, AS MUCH AS THIS WILL DENT MY CREDIT RECORD, I WON'T BE VICTIMIZED LIKE THIS AND STILL PAY.
