Cell incompetency

My husband has a contract taken up with cell c, this has been going on for a while however the service we are recently receiving is appalling, we agreed on the debit order being the 25th of each month unless it falls over the weekend then they can debit a day prior. In July they never debited on the date we agreed upon and they decided to go into my husband's account whichever date they wanted and there was no money in the account, well they suspended their services for that month and come the new month the consultant advised my husband that they will only be debiting for one month which is August, they then debited in August but the phone was still suspended until he called them and they re-activated...few days down the line they suspended the phone again...when he called them he was told we never paid, he then obtained the bank statement which proves that we debited...when he calls them they only told him now that the debit order that was not paid was for July 2018 yet my phone was suspended when the debit order was unpaid, the consultants there keep on passing the bug, no one is willing to own up, I'm seriously furious and disappointed in the service we are receiving from cell c, to date the phone is still suspended but we were never told that we're suppose to pay double the amount....
