Cell has the worst customer care process

I had a contract with Cell C for a Laptop and a rooter. 1 August last year I was ****** on kuilsriver station and the contract simcard was ******, Which I reported to Cell c somerset mall who then advised it will be " blocked ". I later noticed that Cell c was debiting my account even though I requested a cancellation for the contract when I was called for an upgrade however to my surprise it was not cancelled. I called the call center multiple times and was assisted by multiple consultant with no etiquette, who kept saying I can't pass security to cancel the cover . I went to somerset mall and they advised me the sim was active however I then told the consultant that I came to the branch and blocked the sim ( who then looked at me as if I was insane). I requested another cancellation, stood in the store and confirmed a cancellation. She even showed me that it pends for cancellation and does not cancel immediately yet Cell c continues to debit the account. The best is I continued to call the bad customer care team and asked for the call where i spoke to the consultant to cancel the cover and they told me I must to the nearest cell c store and request my calls. Do you guys thinking giving a customer who had a knee surgery a run around is a joke? its pathetic! I went to cell C canal walk who confirm the consultant cancelled the policy for end of April 2019 however pending cancellation. Cell c stopped debiting the account and the policy has been cancelled but I want my premiums back. You can not continue debiting an account when the cancellation has been requested multiple. As per terms and conditions I would of at least waited 30 days apon cancellation and one last debit order a year ago but not several times without consent.

This is my last attempt for an agreement between cell c and I. Do not contact me on my cell phone on your 3 attempts proto call and close my investigation as i am at work. Please, email me to ********** to make call arrangements. My next step is definable to log a case with ICASA. :)
