Cell has no respect for their customers

im considering switching to another network, cell c has no respect for their customer plus they have the poorest signal amongst the rest, i have been battling to get gprs sent to my phone, all i get when i request it via their ussd code, is an acknowledgement , i have to ring up their call centre which has *********** staff, has jack clue about their processes , i have been with cell c for the past 10 years and this what i get for being loyal

yes, theres gprs settings now after months of struggle, did i have to write to hellopeter whenever theres a product failure
