Cell get more dispute

On the 23rd March I wrote my review disputing cell c get more for deducting money from my account without my consent, calling them number of times to cancel and refund but instead been taking from pillar to post even given given number of references but still nothing this was last year October till to date, spoke to the likes of Lindiwe Radebe , paul who was rude even refused to give his surname even demanded to speak to a team leader Zandile who promised a refund but still nothing, After wring my review i got a call from number of consultants who promised to resolve the issue Racine asked that I forward prove of banking details to finance department which i did on the 31st but still nothing to date, 4days ago i emailed Francois Carl fontein and asked to follow up on my issue but my email was never rep**** to....I have been exploited by cell c just to say the least, never on a single day have I missed paying my debit order since last year august but this is the treatment i get for being a loyal customer..they do not deserve my loyalty
