Cell G service impeccable !greshan cell c store la lucia

Amazing customer service received by greshan at cell c la lucia mall. Took an elderly lady in to query a problem with her whatsapp. Arriving 30 minutes before closing Greshan welcomed us and gave the lady all the options available to her. She advised us that best option was to upgrade but in no way tried to oversell to my elderly friend. She recommeneded a new phone which acyually worked out less expensive on a monthly basis and sorted out all of the clients needs efficiently and with a wonderful attitude and spirit. My elderly friend enjoyed her sense of humour so much and was so grateful for her excellent service and customer orientated approach. She stayed well past closing time with a super happy to help attitude. Cannot recommend this young ladys service enough. I personally will be switching to cell c on my next upgrade.
