For a service provider that I do not use to give me such a runaround is the worst thing on earth. My life is stuck thanks to you guys. Whoever it was that created those accounts in my name, will be dealt with. But, you on the other hand need to explain to me why for so long my money has been going towards something I don't know? You never call your customers to check? And I never called customer service? And where were my documents sourced? And another thing, your people do not answer their phones and they take donkey years to actually help you if you reach them. I have records of all the above.

I do appreciate the victim letter you gave me though. I just want what's mine.
