Cell extor tionists
I received a call from Cell C's debt collectors(Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates) telling me that I owe R91,000.00 on my Cell C account when I have a pay-as-you-go account. This is extor tion! Avoid them at all costs!
This is now the second time, that Cell C has tried to bill and send debt collectors after me for money, that I do not owe! The first time was last year regarding a fibre account which they confirmed was paid. Cell C refuses to even send me a statement!
Cell C also refuses to send me their legal department's details as I want to take legal action for months of harassment.
