cell double standards
I have managed to contact cell c via hellopeter as they ignored my email as they had strikes. And I managed to make a payment arrangement, but now I get an email that they went to their attorneys for collections, what was the point of making a payment arrangement then? but customer care to part of ignoring my email in the first place for making a payment arrangement. double standards
