Sim swop was *****ulently done on my contract phone and approved without my knowledge or consent .no call or sms was received by me from the service provider.funny the same thing was declined by myself on the 10th of June 2025 and only to be approved *****ulently the next day.On that note my bank account linked to the number was cleared. I managed to obtain recording of exchange between the consultant and the caller and all I can say is that the consultant was bending backwards and making it easy through security questions for the sim swop to be done.Guys please note that your personal information is not safe with cell c.We pay them to assist ******** elements.
