Cell C...Unable to deliver

So i upgraded my Cell C Contract on May 21 2021, today is the 4th of August 2021, I upgraded to a phone the Samsun A72, after the contract approval, I was told that my handset would be delivered at the most 7 working days after the conclusion of my call with the Cell C representative. It is now 4 August...75 Days later...still no device, Cell C claims they do not get stock...bullsh***T. When I took the contract they had stock as promised delivery, so what now? My new contract commences 18 August which means I will be paying for a device I have not yet received, Pathetic Cell C,,, I will cancel this contract by the end of today and port my number to another service provider by the end of today.
