Cell Csurance **** -Never to pay and no consequences.

Subsequent to my posting in this platform, Hellopeter.com on 11 June 2018 re: Insurance **** by Csurance I was contacted by a Social Media Consultant who undertook to follow up on my matter.

She followed up and copied myself in emails with no response from her colleagues on the insurance side. At this point, I held back writing to them to see how this will unfold. Post their so called turn around times, there was a response on 15 June 2018 that said they will source the phone and send it to me. That was a glimmer of hope to me considering I am dealing with a non-responsive company. True to Cell C CSurance character, that was the last time I heard from. On 25 and 28 June 2018, I wrote to Cell C copying Social Media Consultant and escalation email, there has never been any response since then.

I believe I have been ****med, there is no insurance. A response by Cell CSurance in this platform is merely another trick to destruct customers as the plot unfolds.

I am beholden to the most ********* contract. Months later I continue to pay yet I do not have the gudget I am paying for.

What hope do I have if I have been through their escalations yet I have not been assisted!!!!!!
