Cell C's useless and abusive Collection company SSDA
After 24 months of contract with Cell C and 4 months left on my contract i get placed on layoff without compensation from October 2020 to current due to Covid19 of-which i communicated the situation with Cell C. Then Cell C went ahead and handed my account to SSDA with an outstanding amount of R1310 then this company calls me 5 times a day and every time they call me they i explain my situation to them as i am currently unemployed then they still charge for every call they made to me. Now my debt is no longer R1310 but its R2300 in 1 month and i am still unemployed without a salary. SSDA call center agents are very abusive you could swear them how they shout when they call 5 times a day and you have to explain 5 time to answer an illiterate person who believes its your fault Covid19 affected your job, Life, Family, Accounts, School Fees, School Transport, Electricity, Food and all other necessities i used to afford when i was working which i cannot afford now because i am not working. Cell C please stop your mediocre asking the collections company to abuse me so much i am beginning to hate Cell C after a good long successful relationship we had.
