Cell C's unprofessional behaviour

I have written to Hello Peter a week ago about the pathetic behaviour of the company Cell C after the company debited my account several times when in fact there was an agreement on a specific date on which the debit was go through. After my review I received a call from one of the consultants of the same company and she advised that she will try to resolve my query. To my surprise, she indicated that she cannot see any of the three conversations that I referred her to in which certain arrangements were recorded by her colleagues. I doubt if indeed what were are told is true that the calls are recorded when in fact at the time a customer queries something the recording does not seem to be available or not been accessible to them. What annoyed me the most was that the person told me that my query will be escalated when in fact she could see what my query was all about before she called me. Despite her acceptance that I was probably misled by her colleagues, she insisted that the company would not reverse the unauthorized debits made against my account notwithstanding the inconvenience that I had to endure. What she offered to do was to reverse a pathetic R77.00 which I dont even know it was ********ly debited from my account. Clearly Cell C does not take customers serious and demonstrated that they cannot be trusted with one's banking details because they can go into out accounts as and when they want to and debit as much as they want with impunity. I have reached a point where I decided to cut ties with this company.
