Cell C,'s Unauthorized debit order due to ***** matter on my account

Cell C is debiting my bank account 2 times a month from May 2022 even thou i given them required proof that am not the one who opened the contract with them.(Required documents were provided, Affidavit,3 month bank statement & my certified ID copy. After long wait of ***** department doing their investigations i received a call & from Gerald Mossey that am a fruad victim and my banking details has been removed on cellc data base and that they will send my details to various credit burau. i was greatful for Gerald's feedback and they stopped debiting my account for 1 month and continued ever since, Currently i will reverse their debit order and due to their incompetency i have to have reversal charges with my bank.I 1st never authorized any debit from cellc Told the customer care, contract department, internal collections and External collection department that i dont have contract and my last contract with cell C was 5 years back and i paid them fully and cancelled contract. Every month i query debit order every person want me to send them email,is like i work for CellC. Cell C does not value their client,i have been with cellc for more than 10years and what am experiencing now is worse.
