Cell C's *****ulent Behaviour

That is exactly what you said in the previous review and yet my problem is still not resolved. So, pray tell, what excuses is coming now? And what are you going to force me to pay now because you cut my service in March 2024 for no reason. You cut services on an account that was up to date. So, please post your answer here for the public to see because I am at my wits end and the last tether with you. I gave the previous agent a chance to resolve the problem, and guess what? She was only interested in closing the complaint without any having been resolved. So, before you get someone to phone me, make sure it is the owner, because on Monday morning, I am going to my lawyer and giving him the go ahead to sue you for loss of income, verbal abuse and *****ulent behaviour, because that is exactly what you have done.

Understand clearly what I am saying, unless the owner contacts me, I am taking Cell C to court

I have heard this countless times in the last 2 months from your staff including the ones that has verbally abused me

So, in reply from Cell C, they stated that they will contact me to resolve the issues. Okay, this is their idea of resolving the issue:

@11:00 am, 4th of May 2024, I receive a phone call from Cell C Customer Service regarding my account. I was asked to verify my date of birth as well as my email address, which I did. The lady I spoke, her name was very unclear, asked me about my account and that she is phoning regarding arrears on my account. So, I asked her whether she is aware of the 2 reviews I listed on Hello Peter as well as the 2 complaints I listed with Icasa. Her response was:"No, I am not aware as these complaints and reviews have not reached Cell C."

Okay, then I asked her why they suspended my service in the beginning of March 2024 and her reply:"Your services were suspended because you owe R6000.00"

Now bear in mind, my January 2024 statement was my normal amount, which was paid manually. My February 2024 statement stated that I should pay R1.00, which I did, so how in the beginning of March 2024 was my account in arrears with R6000.00.

And again, Cell C's answer to resolving problems, is having staff that verbally abuse me on the telephone.

I suggest that you listen to the recording of this telephone call, as I will be at the Police Station first thing Monday morning opening a case for verbal abuse and there after, I will be visiting my attorney and court.

I am tired of your empty promises and the verbal abuse from your staff.

So, I suggest that you get this resolved before Monday morning, because @ 9:00 I will be at the Police Station to open the verbal abuse case.

No person has the right to speak to me the way your staff have spoken to me.
