Cell C's Terrible Service !

I have never had to work so hard to get a contract cancelled.

I have tried to call cell c a number of times to try and cancel my contract but till this day it is still active. It seems like it is a habit of theirs to waste their clients time on the phone by not doing what they have been instructed to do. I should have just taken up a telkom or vodacom contract.
