Cell C's service SUCKS!!!!
Cell C's customer service really SUCKS! My internet fibre was reported to them last Thursday after it stopped working following a power-cut. First they said someone would come to fix it over the weekend. Then on Monday they tell me their technicians don't work on weekends, and someone will come that day. Since then I have phoned them every morning and every day they have promised they are on their way, I am first in the que etc. And still I am waiting... I have tried to get them to cancel my account with them so I can get another provider, but even that they cannot manage. STAY AWAY FROM CELL C!!!!

I even went into the Cell C branch to cancel my contract on Saturday, and they couldn't get that right. Useless, useless, USELESS!
