Cell C's ridiculous service when you want to cancel contract

I attempted to cancel a contract with Cell C today called in and gave my correct ID number and Surname butt hey asked me to verify my address which i have changed and am no longer sure which one is on their system. The guy could not tell me what i said wrong and tells me to go back and gather data then call again. no effort to assist me as their client to think i have three contracts with them which i will be cancelling as a result of this nonsense service. i am furious and unhappy with the customer service. the guy had a nerve to tell me the manager will say the same thing as what he said. i will definitely not use Cell C for anything ever
