Cell C's Poor Service

I lost my phone then I tried making a sim saw,we did security check and the keep saying I failed,the guestions they ask is,How many times did you recharge WhatsApp bundles,how many times do you use Emergency recharge,I mean who keeps the record of then,I then went to Cell C store,I was told that the number is registered buy someone else,I mean I had that number way back before the Rica,All my information are on that number,I went with a paper with my name,ID,Address and my number on it,the lady didn't even look at it,,after so many years I have been with Cell C now this,even now when I call customer service,In been told to call after 30day,what nonsense it that,In really unhappy
