Cell C's Poor service

I took a contract phone with cell c and together with it I took their insurance, at the moment I am an unhappy client as I am currently paying for a ****** phone and insurance at the same time. I've reported my ****** phone and gave them all necessary documents needed but they didn't get back to me its been 3 months now and whenever I call they say they are still busy with it.... I'm so annoyed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone further more when you call the insurance company they keep you on hold for more than an hour and if your airtime runs out they won't call back... I really need my phone

Hellopeter thank you very much for helping me out Cell c called me back and sent me a message today and it's all because of you however I am still not happy with the outcome since they declined my claim immediately but they've been keeping me on hold for the past 3 months now that you contacted them they get back to me... What amazed me is I don't have that phone but their letter says I've been sending messages with it how come? Furthermore they do not want to return the insurance money they've been taking from the time they realised that i don't have a phone anymore... I am a very unhappy customer.im still not happy because all the information given was nothing else but the truth but they are looking for scapegoat, for me I wouldn't recommend cellc and Hollard or C Surance to anyone... But I would recommend Hellopeter you are the best
