Cell c's pathetic service

I'm struggling to do my sim swap, I was ****** a phone now struggling to do a sim swap, WHY Cell c makes my life difficult I'm sure they have my full name and ID number because when I bought the sim card I provided those details even my proof of address, now they asking stupid questions which I forgot why they just do it for me on their side and I sent them email with my documents proving the number is mine.
