Cell c’s non- service at it again!

Cell C will seriously cause anyone dealing with them a heart attack, the lack of training customer care consultants have it shocking. I have been fighting with them now for a paid up letter, something that should be simple but again I am given the run around and conflicting information from all consultants. Credit queries now apparently cannot find me on the system with the reference number given to me by all consultants I spoke to. This is so frustrating and worse part the credit queries team do not have a direct line and all emails to them with responded to with a no reply auto response which does not help or offer answears to my questions. On all the multiple complaints left here Cell C has also never contacted me to assist me and sort out my matters and issues caused by them! I cannot wait to be done with them and wish no one has to experience this kind of pathetic service.
